Life can be overwhelming—and sometimes, you just need someone to talk to. Our individual therapy sessions provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or a major life transition, our therapists are here to walk beside you. We use a client-centered, somatic and relational approach to help you reconnect with yourself and build tools for lasting change.
Therapy is offered in person at our San Francisco location and online for all California residents.

Many of us grapple with understanding our deeper place in life, our purpose, or how the stories of our lives truly affect who we are today. Challenging circumstances, transitions, and old patterns that no longer serve you can be daunting to navigate alone.
You don't have to be in crisis to attend therapy. With all the challenges in life, having someone to talk to can help relieve some of the burden.
