Individual Therapy
Many of us grapple with understanding our deeper place in life, our purpose or the how the stories of our lives truly affect who we are today. Challenging circumstances, transitions, and old patterns that no longer serve you can be daunting to navigate alone.
You don't have to be in crisis to attend therapy. With all the challenges in life, having someone to talk to can help relieve some of the burden.

In individual therapy you will be listened to, guided and supported through your personal journey.
It could be about anything going on:

Career obstacles, challenges or dissatisfaction
Family issues or hurtful patterns
Anxiety and/or panic
Depression, sadness and grief
Rebuilding or redesigning your life in a more intentional way
Struggling with self love, self esteem or self image
Understanding feelings and how they can serve you
Traumatic life events and/or carrying unprocessed pain
